The design of this residence overlooking Lake Michigan, combines elements of vernacular New England Architecture representative of the “Shingle” style. Guests are greeted by a Gambrel roof with its columns and open porch over the front door inviting them to a beautiful view, looking through the house all the way to the lake. The floor plan of the house allows one to enjoy views of Lake Michigan from each of the main rooms of the house, since the entire east view faces the lake. Whether from the kitchen and the family room on the first floor, to the balcony of the Master Bedroom on the second floor, to the tower’s top with its Widow’s Walk on the third floor, the incredible views continue.
